Pet Stain Removal
One of the most common and unpredictable stains that could occur on your carpet at any time is pet stains. Even some of our best trained pets will have accidents when our backs are turned. Fortunately, pet stains can be removed from carpets and rugs if the proper actions are taken. The first step you should take after a pet makes a mess on a carpet is to soak up as much of the mess as possible while it is still new and wet. A combination of paper towels and newspapers work best for soaking up urine and the more fresh urine that is removed, the less of a chance there is for stains and odors to occur. Once the urine has been soaked up as much as possible, the area should be rinsed thoroughly with clean, cold water and dried once again by blotting.
Once these actions have been taken, there may still be a faint stain on the carpet. The stain can be removed however using the hot water extraction method. Green T Carpet Cleaning uses this cleaning method with state of the art machines that blast water over 250 degrees Fahrenheit deep into the carpet fibers and extract it back out. This method not only cleans the carpet, but sanitizes it as well with the high temperatures. Cleaning a pet stain with hot water extraction is the best way to remove the stain from the carpet. If you have a pet stain or any other type of carpet stain, call Green T Carpet Cleaning to get those stains removed.
