What Method of Cleaning do you use?

Green T offers Hot water extraction. Hot water extraction is a deep cleaning method that heats water up to 230 degrees and works deep down into the fibers to rejuvenate your carpet, bringing the fibers back to life. We are able to extract dirt, stains and allergens that are embodied in the fibers of your carpet. Hot water extraction also allows the carpet to dry at a much faster rate and is environmentally safe.

How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

Depending on the traffic of your carpet and the number of people and pets, we recommend getting your carpets professionally cleaned every 12 – 18 months.

Will you move my furniture?

We will help you move furniture off your carpet, placing it on foil tabs or foam blocks, and move it back at no extra charge.

Will the chemicals harm my family or animals?

No, we use a citrus-based cleaner that is washed away with clean, hot water that is heated up to 230 degrees, leaving your carpet vibrant and clean.

Will cleaning leave my carpet wet all night?

No. Our hot water extraction method allows your carpet to dry in approximately 3 to 6 hours. Many people say they can walk on it in 2 to 4 hours.

How long does it take to clean my carpet?

We can clean 5 average sized rooms in about an hour.

Can you help with pet stains?

We will pre-treat all dog and cat urine stains. Our treatment is more successful on newer urine stains since older stains may have discolored the carpet fiber. Our pet urine stain application can run from $5 to $50 per room depending on the severity of the stains.

Does Scotch Guard really work?

Yes, we believe that it is very beneficial in keeping an extra layer of protection on your carpet. Scotch Guard does gradually wear away and does need to be reapplied periodically.
